Anasua Mitra

Ms.Mitra completed her graduation in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology in 2011 and joined XLRI HRM batch of 2012-14. Apart from consistently performing well academically, she served as Senior Executive Member for Sapphire and Executive Member for CII Yi. Proficient in as many as 4 languages and known for her ability to talk straight, her execution skills, ingenuity and the commitment that she brings to what she undertakes, she currently serves as the HR Advisor and Partner, at Deutsche Bank.

Rahul Ranganathan
HRM, Batch 2012-14
He completed his graduation from University of Delhi in Plant Molecular Biology and joined the XLRI HRM batch of 2012-14 where he also served at Sapphire. He is proficient in 4 diverse languages and believes in giving back to the society specifically towards the education of underprivileged children. Given his extensive knowledge in Sales HR, he joined PepsiCo straight out of XLRI where he served in a number of positions handling the HR for Global Functions. In September 2016 he joined HR Strategy, at Updater Services Pvt. Ltd. where he worked as the AVP, HR Strategy until September 2017. He currently works with Flipkart as the Lead HR Business Partner.

Sanjay Roy Chowdhary
PM&IR, Batch 1993-95
Currently Working as: Managing Director, at Gray Matters Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Chowdhary completed his graduation in Botany from the prestigious Presidency University of Kolkata in 1991 before proceeding to be part of the 1993-95 PM&IR batch in XLRI. Proficient in as many as 5 languages, he is the proud winner of the Young Manger’s Contest and has been published by HR Matters. An industry stalwart, he started off his career as HR manager in Arvind Mills before moving to Ernst & Young, where he worked as Associate Director, Human Capital before moving to Gray Matters Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Where he currently holds the position of Managing Director.

Sangeetha Rajalakshmi
PM&IR, Batch 1997-99
Currently Working as: HR Director- Global Finance, at Unilever
An alum of Stella Maris college, Ms. Rajalakshmi joined XLRI in the PM&IR batch in 1997 and went on to serve as the Secretary of Sapphire. With her exceptional skills and expertise in employee engagement, talent management and leadership development, she has held a number of critical positions in her career spanning nearly 18 years and currently serves as the HR Director-Global Finance, at Unilever.

Ganesh Subramaniam
PM&IR, Batch 1996-98
Currently Working as: Vice President Human Resources in OLA(ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd)
Mr. Subramaniam completed his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University in 1994 after which he joined the 1996-98 PM&IR batch of XLRI and served as the Treasurer of Sapphire for a year.
After completing his MBA, he joined Hindustan Unilever as a Management Trainee in 1998 and has worked in a variety of challenging roles.
He is particularly passionate about change management and has been running a module on it in XLRI every year as well as anchoring modules on change management for HR business partners in Hindustan Unilever. 

Alvin Raskina
HRM, Batch 2005-07
Currently Working as: HR Director, Roche Philippines
An Alum of Xavier's College, Mumbai and Institute of Hotel Management Catering and Applied Nutrition, Mr.Raskina joined XLRI in 2005 where he specialised in human Resources and Organizational Behaviour and went ahead to become the secretary of Sapphire. He started his career in Human Resources with Axis Bank in 2007 and with his strong ability to strategize and execute new HR Initiatives, he climbed up the ladder to become the Assistant Vice President for Mumbai Area in 2013 and contributed significantly to understand business needs and aligning people practices that deliver value to the business. Currently, he serves as the HR Director at Roche Philippines.

Aditi Kejriwal
HRM, Batch 2000-02
Currently Working as: Director, at EY, London
Ms. Kejriwal was always the beacon of academic consistency having been one of the toppers in her college during graduation and then repeating a similar feat in the XLRI PM&IR batch of 2000-02 while simultaneously being a key member of Sapphire. She started working as a consultant with Hewitt Associates straight out of XLRI and went on to serve in a number of key positions for them over a span of 6 years till 2008 before moving to Ernst & Young, where she is currently serving as the Director, at EY, London.
